What is your return policy?
Drama returns policy allows only replacement of damaged products. Presently, we do not accept exchanges.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
What items can I return?
Returns will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of receiving the product, in order to be eligible for replacement.
How do I initiate a return?
Please mail us at email@example.com to initiate a return. Please mention the following information clearly in the mail:

Where do I mail the returns?
You will receive an email with address details for returning the products.
While sending the product back to us, do remember to mention your order number and contact number!
When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
The item/s should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
The packaging should have the original tags in place.
They should be returned within 10 days from the delivered date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Can I choose a different item in exchange?
Presently, we do not have an exchange policy.
What is your refund policy?
In case the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, post the quality check of all received items.
For replacement and refund, customers can self-ship the items to Drama.
